When one of the most wonderfully creative people I know asked me to help design her wedding invitations I knew it was going to be a special project... have a look below to see what we came up with, even from across the globe ...

This wasn't just any old party, but a wedding that I ended up flying in from across the other side of the world to be a part of. Hannah and Lachlan are two of my closest friends and there was absolutely no way I was going to miss their big day. 

This darling invitation suite is filled to the brim with all of my favourites - white linen cardstock, vellum paper, wax seals & black envelopes. 

We kept a pure colour palette of white & black with varying textures of paper and vellum. The white pineapple wax seal added a touch of whimsy and personality to the design. 

The invitations, packaged in a vellum envelope, contained a invite card, RSVP card with accompanying pre-addressed black envelope and a gift registry information slip. 

I also designed Hannah and Lachlan's Engagement party invitations and Thank You cards, which you can check out here. 

The invitations paired perfectly with the acrylic welcome sign and seating chart signage designed by the bride. We took elements from the invitations and continued throughout the reception details, from the menu through to the photo booth.
