Watercolour tags

I received a delightful order through my Etsy store  for watercolour place cards. There were over 100 little tags in all to each be hand painted and then carefully lettered with each guest name. 

Thankfully the lovely bride had thought well ahead and I had plenty of time to enjoy painting each little floral tag. 

Of course, plenty of real flowers were needed for inspiration ... any excuse to fill my home with flowers...

Once they were all painted, it was time to carefully write each name. I painted a lot of extra tags for the inevitable little errors.  
I also worked on some larger tags for the Bride & Groom.
